Pricing

One build, then a monthly. No surprises.

We don't publish a price list, because we'd have to invent it. What we can publish is exactly how the pricing is shaped, what's always included, and what changes the number — so you know what you're walking into before the call.

One-time

The build

Quoted per project

Design, build, wiring and launch — fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. What moves it: how many areas you're turning on, how many places your leads currently arrive from, and whether you need a website as well as a system.

Ongoing

Running it

from$150/ month

Hosting, monitoring, updates, and the AI usage behind the agents you have switched on. It scales with what you actually run — turn a piece off and it comes off the bill. Month to month, cancel whenever, and your data exports on request.

Never an add-on

Included whatever you buy.

  • Hosting, monitoring and updates — nothing to install, nothing to patch
  • The shared inbox and every guardrail: draft mode, quiet hours, kill switch, permanent opt-outs
  • Your weekly report, from the first week the system is live
  • Changes as your business changes — new services, new towns, new prices
  • Your data on demand: leads, conversations and job costs export whenever you ask
Straight answers

The money questions, answered plainly.

Why isn't there a price list?

Because we'd be making it up. Every build is scoped to what your business actually needs, and a system for a two-truck drainage company is not the same job as one for a twelve-person dealership.

What we can tell you before the call: it's a one-time build fee plus a monthly running cost that starts around $150. You get both numbers in writing after a twenty-minute conversation, before you commit to anything.

Do we have to buy the whole platform?

No, and most clients don't. You buy the areas you need and the rest stay switched off — genuinely off, meaning they aren't on your screen and they aren't on your bill.

The usual path is to start with the lead engine, let it pay for itself, and add the next piece from what it earns.

Is there a contract?

The subscription runs month to month. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no auto-escalating renewal.

The build itself is a fixed scope at a fixed price. If we get partway through and something turns out to be a bad idea, we'll say so rather than build it.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, whenever you ask — leads, conversations, job records and costs, in a format you can open in a spreadsheet. It's your business's information and we don't hold it hostage.

Do you see our card details?

No. Payment details go straight into our payment provider's own hosted form; we never hold a card number or a bank account number at any point. Nothing is charged when you enter them.

What does the build actually involve on our side?

An hour or two up front, then very little. We need to know what you sell, roughly what it costs you, and which accounts to connect.

We never ask for passwords. We ask which inbox, which Google Business listing, which Ads account — and connect them properly from our side.

Get both numbers in writing.

Twenty minutes on a call, then a written scope and price with no obligation. If we don't think it'll pay for itself, we'll tell you that instead of quoting you.
