This site is operated by EP System Solutions (trading as EP Systems), a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada — “we” and “us” below. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Everything here is general information about what we build. It isn't professional advice, and it isn't a promise that any particular result described will happen for you — a figure or case study reflects one business's circumstances, not a forecast for yours.

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we don't warrant that every page is complete, error-free, or up to date. Anything time-sensitive — prices, availability, scope — should be confirmed with us before you rely on it.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and can change without notice. Nothing here is a binding offer. A price becomes real when we've quoted your specific scope in writing and you've accepted it.

When you submit the project form or book a call, you agree that what you send is truthful, is yours to send, and doesn't include anyone else's confidential or personal information that you haven't the right to share.

Submitting a form doesn't create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. We may decline work for any lawful reason.

What happens to what you send is described in our privacy policy.

Please don't:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system; probe or test its security without our written permission; submit automated, bulk, or deliberately false enquiries; scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people; upload anything malicious; or use it to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.

We may block access if any of that happens, without notice. If you believe you've found a security flaw, tell us at epkg16@gmail.com rather than publishing it — we'll work with you in good faith.

The design, text, graphics, code, and diagrams on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You may read, print, and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish them, sell them, or pass them off as your own work.

Client names and logos shown here belong to those clients and are used with their permission.

Anything you send us through the site stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — replying to you, scoping the work, and doing the work if we go ahead.

We don't guarantee the site is available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it — including lost profit, lost business, or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to CAD $100 or the amount you've paid us in connection with the site, whichever is greater.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, this does not affect your rights under Alberta's consumer protection legislation.

This is the clause worth reading twice. If we build, host, or run a system for you, that relationship is governed by the written agreement, proposal, or statement of work we signed — covering scope, fees, ownership, support, and what happens if either of us wants out.

Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins. This page does not amend it and is not the whole of what's between us.

We link to other sites where it's useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information. A link isn't an endorsement.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site from then on.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
